Furthermore, you can generate a dynamic workflow for cases with flow chart diagrams. Each case has a separate workflow as per the template,
and different users can be assigned at different levels. The assigned users will receive an alert to fill in the information related to their stage of the workflow.
Additionally, you can register, record complaints, enter details for relevant cases, allocate penalties based on decisions,
and modify the attachments. All cases are subject to approval. Cases and documents can only be viewed by the representing authority.
